For the past five years, the Men’s Golf team has earned praise for academic success from the Golf Coaches Association of America.
Among the 240 schools across three NCAA divisions, only 103 of those schools earn the President’s Special Recognition Honors for maintaining a GPA of 3.5 and higher. With a maintained GPA average of 3.59, the Tritons are ranked among some of the brightest in the nation.
The praise continues as UMSL earned the Team Academic All-GLVC award as well as eight individual Academic All-GLVC honors.
This most recent honor marks the sixth recognition by GCAA in the past seven years.
